Phonarama (UK) Ltd is an online Website that provides information about products and services.  YOU HEREBY WAIVE ANY LIABILITY AGAINST US FOR INACCURACIES OR MISSTATEMENTS RELATED TO PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED BY THIRD PARTIES.

COPPA: The Phonarama (UK) Ltd services are directed only to adults and are not designed for a user under the age of 18.  You must be 18 years of age or older to use the Website. 3. Your Mandatory Agreement

  5. You are solely responsible for any consequences, losses or damages that we may directly or indirectly incur or suffer due to any unauthorised activities conducted by you, as explained above, and may incur criminal or civil liability.
4. Product Description

Each item offered for sale on our Website includes an item description. You shall be responsible for confirming the information and content related to the item you wish to purchase before you submit any order.  It is presumed that you have full knowledge and understanding of the details of the items you are purchasing, as we shall not be liable for any after-sales issues resulting from misinterpretations of the related information and content on the Website.

While Phonarama (UK) Ltd strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur.  In the event that an item is mispriced, Phonarama (UK) Ltd may either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

5. Account

To access the products and to make a successful purchase, you must first create a registered account with us (‘Account’). When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about yourself and to keep this information up-to-date. We reserve the right to refuse registration of an Account (or to close an existing Account) where we have reasonable grounds to do so at our own discretion. You are solely responsible for any activity that occurs on your Account. You may request for your account and data to be deleted at any given time by writing to Support with your request. Additionally, you may opt out of email marketing at any time.

6. Placing Orders

Products and services displayed on the Website do not constitute an offer to sell.  Such display is an invitation to treat only. Orders placed by you are your offers to purchase particular products or services under these terms and conditions at the price specified (including delivery and other charges).  We reserve the right to accept or reject your offer for any reason (or no reason) including, but not limited to, the unavailability of any product or service, an error in the price or description, or an error in your order.  If there is something incorrect with your order address you must email  info@PHONARAMA.CO.UK immediately. Missing orders sent to incorrect addresses at the fault of the Buyer will not be refunded by us.

7. Price

The prices of products and services, delivery and other charges as with our pricelist are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Prices are current at the time of display but are subject to change, although no change will apply to an accepted order.

9. Order Acceptance

Accepting your order means that you have entered into a contract of sale with Phonarama (UK) Ltd. You and Phonarama (UK) Ltd are both in a legally binding contract once the order comes into force at the time of finalising the purchase.

10. Title and Risk of Loss

When the order has been packed for delivery to the carrier, this shall constitute a Delivery to Buyer, and thereafter all risk of loss or damage shall be transferred to the Buyer. Any claims by Buyer against Phonarama (UK) Ltd for shortage or damage occurring prior to such delivery to carrier must be made within five (5) days after receipt of the goods. Notwithstanding the transfer of the risk of loss to Buyer, title and right of possession to the goods sold hereunder shall remain within Phonarama (UK) Ltd until all payments hereunder, including deferred payments evidenced by notes or otherwise, interest, carrying charges, shall have been made, and Buyer agrees to do all acts necessary to perfect and maintain such right and title.

In spite of the terms set forth, if this article contradicts any statutory regulation at national or state legislation level, the statutes prevail.

11. Delivery Policy

When a Buyer makes a Purchase, unless otherwise agreed with www.phonarama.co.uk, we will endeavour to process your order, package them and ship them within 1-3 days after purchase confirmation.  We promise to make necessary arrangements to have the purchased item delivered.

  • Phonarama (UK) Ltd promise to use our best effort to ensure that the Buyer receives the purchased items within a specified period, usually within 1-3 business days.
  • The Buyer agrees that all purchased item delivery fees and shipping charges shall be borne by the Buyer (Shipping Fee). The shipping fee, including shipping tax on goods, where applicable, shall be calculated and deducted from your method of payment.
12. Cancellations, Return and Refunds

The cancellation, return and refund policies that apply to your order may vary depending on your meeting our Refunds and Return Page conditions.

13. No Violation of Laws

You agree that you will not, in connection with your use of the site or the services, violate any applicable law, ordinance, rule, regulation or treaty. Without limiting the foregoing, you agree that you will not make available through the site or the product any material or information that infringes any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other right of any party (including rights of privacy or publicity).

All site Content and all copyright, trademarks, design rights, patents and other intellectual property rights (registered and unregistered) in and on the Website belong to Phonarama (UK) Ltd and/or Phonarama (UK) Limited or applicable partners.  Except as expressly provided in these Terms, nothing grants you a right or licence to use any content, including any content owned or controlled by any of our partners or us.  You agree not to duplicate, publish, display, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the material presented through the Services unless specifically authorized in writing by us.

16. DMCA Copyright Policy

We stand against anyone who infringes upon another’s intellectual property.  We are firmly against the exploitation of someone else’s intellectual property.  We have set out the following policy in accordance with the DMCA Copyright law;

Suppose we have the belief and evidence that any content appearing on the service violates any copyrights or has been illegally copyrighted.  We reserve the right to remove, block, or otherwise ‘takedown’ the content.  We also reserve the right to withdraw such content from the service or other parties, who are repeat offenders of the DMCA Copyright policy.

If any provision or provisions of this terms shall be held to be invalid, illegal, unenforceable or in conflict with the law of any jurisdiction, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby.

You irrevocably agree that the England and Wales courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims).
